Great mount, especially for the price

I purchased this because I have a chronic condition that sometimes means I need to rest in bed for pain relief. It’d been difficult to watch movies or TV while in bed, so I decided to see if this mount would help. Man, does it!!! A couple of things to note: - The arm and mount are super sturdy. I’ve used it every day for a week for at least an hour at a time and not once has my tablet fallen. I was nervous that I’d get smacked in the face, but it’s never happened! I take my tablet out of the mount when it’s not in use. - The arm and tablet will bounce if you’re using the mount for games or surfing the web. It’s meant as more of a 2 hander - steady with one hand, tap with the other. I would highly recommend this mount, especially for the price. It’s literally saved my neck from pain.

It's ergonomic because it allows my child to use tablet/cell at eye level!

I was looking for my toddler to be able to use a tablet or a phone at eye level comfortable on her chair, just like how kids and adults should be correctly looking at a monitor. I didnt want her laying on her bed or sitting on floor looking down on the screen. Looking down will cause strain on your neck, and will eventually physically damage you. So its very important that you dont let your kids look down on tablets/phones daily. Its called Ergonomics for those who dont know. So I was so happy that this worked! Its not 100% sturdy when I or my daughter touch the screen for activities so thats why I gave it 4 starts. I gave 4 stars for Easy to use because its a little hard to move and position the gooseneck in the angle you want it, but its understood that its hard because it has really good durability to be able to hold up the bulky looking kids version of the Amazon fire tablet. I wouldnt recommend this product to someone who has arthritis because it might be hard for them to move the gooseneck around. You might want to get one for yourself and another one for your kid(s), because it will b annoying and time consuming repositioning each time for each person. I have the gooseneck attached to folding little table, as in the pic, because I havent figured out another place to put it yet, but if you use a folding table, put something heavy on the table so that it doesnt topple over when your child moves the tablet to get up. And make sure your child has a comfy chair, and not a chair with a hard bottom if they are sitting down 30 mins to an hr using tablet/cell.

It does what it says it will do!

I received the Gooseneck holder today, took five minutes or so to mount it on my indoor cycling bike console, snugged the cable to the vertical console support with plastic ties, added a small piece of tape to the lower tablet clamp to increase stability, and used it for 60-90 minutes viewing cycling videos, which I usually do daily. I am impressed with the ease of installation, the stability of the tablet while viewing, and the flexibility of the very strong cable. I am very pleased with this product and would have given it a higher rating had that been possible.

Must have mount for your tablet or ipad

Very useful product! Allows me to use my tablet alongside my laptop as a second screen for more working real estate or as a streaming device. The product is very sturdy and easy to move into any position as well as quickly rotate from portrait to landscape position. It is very useful in bed when we are taking care of the newborn

Durable and safe.

I was a little concerned that the arm would be durable enough to hold my iPad model 2019 which is heavier than an iPad Air. I put the package together and crammed it onto the table and put my iPad in the holder and then turned it around to landscape view and it worked like a charm! I can now do reading in bed without holding the iPad. Instead of putting a TV on in the room that keeps my husband awake, I can now use my iPad which is not in view to him. I have only had it for a few days, but I am really enjoying it. I have learned not to stretch out the arm, but to leave a curl in it as it gives it stability. Once I learned that, it has worked just fine and I’m very glad I made the purchase. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes to read in bed Or has a spouse and you do not want to interfere with their sleep. It is a great idea. Thank you very much.

Holds tablet in position for hours

I'm seriously impressed by this gooseneck tablet stand. Got this to hold my 10-inch tablet while I watch movies inside my camper. It holds the tablet reasonably well fully extended and does not change position over hours of time aside from minor swaying. The clamp hold the stand in place very well. The only downside I've seen is that the farther this is extended, the more exaggerated the swaying will be.

So good. Couldn't have dreamt up anything better.

This is exactly what I needed. EXACTLY. Very sturdy, easy to use clamp that is very effective at holding the phone to a flat board of any kind. Easy to insert into the holder, rotates with ease, very secure. Even allows space at the end to charge your phone at the same time, which I'm sure some product out there messed up, but not this product :) Can't say enough, if everything I wanted. Maybe wish it were 5 inches longer or so, but it connects to my headboard nicely so I can use at night to help me sleep. I find my brain falls asleep when it's distracted, so watching some show or YouTube video is key for me to go to sleep within 3-10min tops. Now it's easier and healthier for my body because I'm not holding the phone anymore. I can truly rest and just drift off. Thank you so much for making a wonderful, quality, premium feature product.
