Convenient and fun

This digital frame is so cool! I gave it to my Grandpa for Christmas. He doesn't have a computer but was able to upload pictures from his iPad no problem. He's found using the picture frame convenient, fast and fun. After binding my own email address to the device, I have been able to send pictures to the picture frame from anywhere around the world simply by sending an email with pictures as attachments! It's a great way for the whole family to share their lives with our Grandpa

My mother-in-law loves it.

This was a Christmas present for my mother-in-law. My wife and I wanted a picture frame so that my mother-in-law would have pictures of her grand kids. The Dragon Touch digital picture frame was in our budget.It has a 10.1 inch, 1280x800 display, so the pictures look great. Upon arrival I opened it immediately to start downloading pictures to it. I used the USB cable to install the pictures. It was easy this way. Later, I set up the WiFi connection. This was not as easy but was not super difficult either. At Christmas we gave it to my mother-in-law and she loves it. I also, showed my kids, who are grown up and do not live with us and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law how to download pictures to the picture frame over WiFi. Now my mother-in-law enjoys seeing new pictures from, and of, her grand kids as they constantly download pictures for her to see. I have also set up the picture frame to come on at 9:00am and turn off at 10:00pm daily. So, When my in laws go to bed, the picture frame turns off. The picture frame also has a built in SD card slot. So, I could have taken a SD card and downloaded all the pictures and plugged it into the picture frame. But with 16gb of memory, I did not need one. It is also capable of playing short videos downloaded to it. It is built very well and look nice. The picture quality is very good as well. I would definitely recommend the Dragon digital frame to anyone interested in showing off their pictures at home or even at an office desk. It is the right size to display pictures that can actually be enjoyed from a distance instead of having to get very close to the frame to see who is in the picture. So far it has been great (we have had it about 3 month).

Looks great, super easy to setup and move photos - Love the customization options

My mother recently saw one of the digital photo frames I had recently gotten in my house and wanted one for her home. I found this one and she loved the way it looks like a real picture frame. When I got it, I was presently surprised on how easy setup was -- download the app to your phone, connect the picture frame to your WiFi network and then use the app to transfer pictures over from your phone. Teaching my senior mother took maybe 5 minutes. The frame itself is very responsive and the transitions are a lot smoother than I expected. The touch screen makes it very easy to navigate and change the various settings. Picture quality seems great and is plenty bright, even during the daytime in a well-lit room. Best feature for me is the auto on/off. I have the frame setup to come on at 8AM and turn off at 10PM.

My Dragon Touch Picture Frame is Awesome!!

I had been wanting to get a new digital picture frame for a while. When I saw this one that had the capability to send pictures to it by email, phone, or computer I was interested. After reading reviews and doing some additional online research I was satisfied to give The Classic 10 Dragon Touch a try. I have had the frame for a couple of months now and I have been very pleased with my purchase. In fact, I am going to get one for my mom that live in another state so we can share picture with each other. The Good: 1. I love the picture quality! Picture are crisp and clear. This was the most important thing to me. 2. The picture upload options are great. I can email picture to the frame, meaning I can send picture to the frame from anywhere I have a wifi connection. I can upload picture from my phone, which is how I use it mostly since the majority of the picture i take are on my phone. Of course, I have the traditional method of uploading from my computer. 3. Mounting options - You can use the stick provided tostand the frame up on a table, or you can use hang it on the wall! The Okay: 1. The price is on the high end, but you get what you pay for. I didn't think the price was unreasonable considering the vast amount of options and the quality of the frame. 2. The user interface can be difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, it isn't too bad. Overall, very happy with the purchase and will be picking up another one for sure.

Grandparents love it!

We bought this as a gift for my in-laws. We live a good distance from them and thought it would be a good way to keep them involved with what was going on with their grandchildren. While not the least expensive option, it was within the range we wanted to spend and the reviews were good. I set the frame up at our house prior to giving it to them as they aren't always the most technically astute. I have a fairly strong background in IT and given the fairly sparse instruction booklet, it still took me most of an afternoon to get the frame working correctly/consistently. The initial setup was fine but when it came linking our phones so we could email pictures to the frame we were getting inconsistent results (from my wife's phone, no issues but from my phone, pictures would only upload about 25% of the time initially). I had no issues with loading from the downloadable app so that part was fine. After a couple of reboots of the screen and redoing the link between my phone and the frame it worked much better. Setup at my inlaws was a non-issue. They have had the frame for about 8 weeks and continue to thank us for it and keep asking for more pictures to be sent. In summary: The picture quality is very good, in frame menu for options is easy to understand, instruction book could be better and the phone/device link for emailing seemed a bit quirky. Gave it 5 stars because when it works (and it has flawlessly once I got it set up) the grandparents love it.

Solid digital frame, better than competitor

I picked up this frame as a second choice to another digital frame I had originally selected. Its hard to tell from the descriptions the differences between the similar frames that are available. Overall they all seem to be similar in many ways and when you unpack them you get the sense they are made by the same manufacturer with minor differences in cosmetics. The real difference lies in how the operating system is set up and the features it has available. I really like the Dragon touch implementation. I was able to easily upload photos via the app but my use case was more around bulk upload. I had no issues putting pics on an SD card and sliding it into the back of frame. Pics came up right away. Unlike the other frame i bought first, I was able to have pics from both the SD card and the local disk display in the same slide show. This is good if you want to bulk upload old pictures but then use the app to import new ones and have them blend into the mix. For techies, you can also set up the frame to act as an FTP server so you can remotely upload photos from within your home network. These are features that were superior and better implemented then the first frame I had purchased, and ultimately returned, because it did not have enough flexibility. The Dragon Touch picture quality is very good and overall this frame meets my needs and expectations.

Clear Crisp Pictures

I got this as a Christmas gift from my husband. I haven’t had a chance to explore all its features but so far I’m delighted with it. I really like that I cand send pictures to the frame by its own email address. We travel a lot & it’ll be fun to come home to pictures from our trip already scrolling for us to view. I wish the screen was bigger. The pictures are clear & crisp which I appreciate as I bought an iPhone 11Pro to insure that happens more often than not. I like the timing of run feature although for some reason it didn’t shut off at night. Probably a result of operator error, I think. Didn’t have time to figure out what was wrong as we left on a trip the next day. The “Quick Start” manual needs to cover more so one doesn’t have to go online for full owners manual to solve a simple issue.

Great Frame!

I wanted a frame that I could send pictures to electronically that was relatively easy to use for my mom for Mother's Day. I researched and read reviews for others, and settled on the Dragontouch 10" Wifi frame. So glad I did! It has been a great frame so far. I was able to set it up very quickly and easily at her home. I then downloaded the App on my phone & advised others in my family to do so as well. We had pictures sent to the frame within minutes. My mom was so happy, and I am too knowing that I can take a picture anytime, anywhere & send it right to her frame. I also love how you can automatically set a time for it to turn on/off daily. I loved the frame so much I purchased another for my sister for her birthday and recommended it to a friend who bought one for her mother. Want to get one for myself too in the near future. I can't comment on the longevity of the frame, because they have only had them for a month now, but so far so good!

Highly recommend this beautiful frame.

Back in February my father was diagnosed with encephalitis, an inflammation of the brain, and permanent damage was done to his temporal lobe. One of the issues he continues to struggle with is remember the names of the people in his life. So for Father's Day I ordered my dad this digital picture frame so that I could edit photos and add people's names so that he can see his happy memories and attach names to all the faces. All I can say is that this product did an AMAZING job. It is so easy to use and set up that I had my father's memories playing for him in no time. With it's beautiful, yet subtle, design the picture frame fits perfectly in our home without looking tacky or overly electronic. I would recommend this frame to anyone looking to get a digital picture frame. Some features that I love: -you set up an email address that you can send your photos to and they show up on the screen a few minutes later. -you can set the times that you want the slideshows to run and to sleep (mine runs from 8am-10pm, then the screen shuts off) -you can set how long you want the images to be up for to make it a fast or slow slideshow -the pictures automatically fix themself to fit the screen/be oriented the right way without looking bad or too electronic.

Perfect Mother's Day Gift

This year while wondering what to give mom who lives on the east coast, while I reside on the west coast something special I discovered the Dragon Touch digital frame. I ordered the frame, loaded pics that I had stored on my computer and in my I Phone and presented the Dragon Touch to her for Mother's Day. What's exciting about this gift is that she can see not only pictures but videos that I send to her screen remotely throughout the year. She placed the screen right in the dining room so that she could see the pics throughout the day. I enjoy the fact that I can send pics to her screen remotely so that she can share in the visual joys that I experience with my family here on the west coast. Pictures can be loaded in seconds and sent easily. She has the screen up and running throughout the day and loves watching the new pictures that I add from our travels to just sharing the things we do during our daily life. Just as if she and dad were here with us. Pictures are so vivid and speak a thousand words. We don't have tell her what we're doing, she can see first hand instantly. I plan to purchase one for my brothers and sister so that we can all get in on the fun! Best Mother's Day Gift ever!!!
