Just to help with any confusion this is a regular thermometer that has a shorter base... meaning you can use it to get an accurate reliable temperature in your mouth. Permitting you never ever use it rectally it will totally work to help in this time of need. Covid made finding a thermometer impossible and this saved the day. I SAY AGAIN DO NOT USE IT IN YOUR MOUTH IF ITS EVER BEEN USED RECTALLY YOU CAN NOT CROSS BACK AND FORTH. MOUTH ONLY! I hope that helps. Stay safe

Love it

I love this thermometer. I have to take my baby's temperature a lot and had the safety first and Vicks thermometers to begin with. This one is so much better. I like having others to double check but this one has a big screen that lights up, making it easy to read even during middle of the night changes with no glasses on. There is also a memory feature which is wonderful for the forgetful/tired parent. And then the flexible tip makes it easier and more comfortable to insert. I never knew I could love a thermometer so much 😂

I bought one of these because our forehead thermometer that cost $90 was very inaccurate..After having the frida thermometer for a couple weeks, I am coming back to buy another one because it is SO easy to use, quick (I hate under the arm thermometers that have you waiting forever), and accurate! I may need to purchase a 3rd one when I go back to work so I’ll have one at home, one in the diaper bag, and one at daycare.

Easy, Comfortable, Accurate

I’ve only had to use this once after my LO had vaccines. But it was so easy to use and she didn’t even know I was using it. It seemed to be accurate as well. I feel much better using a thermometer like this that won’t let me put it too far in. That’s a stress reducer for a first time mom.

Best thermometer on the market

So we got 2 thermometers after our safety first thermometer said he was running a temp and this one said something different. Well we took both thermometers to my child’s drs today and the Frida thermometer read exactly with what the drs thermometer read and the safety first was a degree higher. So if you want an accurate easy to read and easy to use thermometer get this one

Easy and Comfortable to Use

I have always been afraid of taking temperatures rectally, even though they say it is the most accurate way to get an infants temperature. But with the Frida Baby Rectal Thermometer, it is so simple and easy, you really can't mess it up! The product is small and very flexible, so I do not feel like it makes my infant uncomfortable when we use it. It's truly as simple as pushing a button and waiting the 10 seconds for it to take the reading. So far, it appears to be accurate readings and it is easy to clean as well. So glad we purchased this product!

Perfect for Preemie Puppies and Kittens

I foster preemie (aka bottle baby) kittens and keeping them healthy and thriving for 8 weeks is a challenge. Often kittens failure to thrive without the queen's (e.g. Mother Cat) milk. These babies are so tiny that a normal thermometer is too big. This size is perfect!
