Well built metal case and good voice input

The entire case is well built out of metal with a meshed metal sheet at the top. It captures the voice really well from a wide distance. The USB wire is also long enough (about 2 meters) to place it in a convenient location. It was also easy to set up with no drivers needed. For me, the voice input capabilities and built quality are the buying point in which it does well.

Great sound and drivers install quickly...

The microphone works exceptionally as a conference table microphone. The audio is crisp and clear. I also tested it as a lecture capture microphone in a classroom and even though it worked ok at a distance just like at a conference table being within 10-15 feet was best. It has a solid sleek design that looks good and the cord is really long which gives you great latitude at where you place it.

good audio quality, good value for money, better than traditional computer microphone, portable

I bought this conference microphone, because I have a lot of conference call when working from home due to the corona-virus outbreak. Sometime I don't like to use headset phone because some meetings can last for a few hours. This conference microphone is a good alternative solution when you don't want to use headset phones. And it is better than traditional computer microphone. The audio quality is very good, it cancels the noise and provide high sound quality. The wire cord is 3 meter long and it is great value for the money. As you can see from the pictures, the size of the phone is compact, portable. and actually the quality of the metal is solid and very good. It is easy to mute and unmute, by simply pressing the small button on the microphone. it is designed for multipurpose use: online meeting, video/audio chat and group conference calls. it is good to have one for daily business or family use purpose, especially when you don't want to use headset microphones.

Great Device

I love this thing. It's taken working from home to the next level for me. I was getting really tired wearing headphones for my work meetings since the pandemic started so I bought this thing so I could just talk normally. People tell me the sound quality is clear and good and it works with no issues. Furthermore, it doesn't feel cheap. It's actually a fairly heavy little thing and just feels durable. I'm probably going to buy another one of these for my go bag.

Convenient flat so that all could speak into it.

Excellent product for the price. We needed to video conference to keep our family in touch and this worked so well with our laptop. We could talk and be heard clearly. I like that it was flat so convenient so that all could speak into it...Would definitely recommend!

Compact with Quality sound

I really like the compact size, very portable. It’s easy to use, just plug and play. I use for my board meetings and conference calls from home due to COVID-19 isolation. It has good sound quality. I was having difficulty with just my laptop, this gives a much more clear sound. I like the mute button. Overall, this is a great little microphone with quality sound for a good value.

Great for conference calls

When we travel, we often need to have calls with the home office to discuss progress. Huddling around a speakerphone is awkward, even more so when it it a laptop's built-in mic. We added this USB microphone so it can be placed in the middle of the table. Speaking is much more natural now and the LED indicator helps us be sure that the phone is really muted when we have a private side conversation.

Works great on my laptop for group meetings.

I have frequent meetings in my "work from home" living room where I have people physically in the room and people on Zoom. I use my Surface Pro work laptop connected to my flat screen TV at the front of my living room. But people on Zoom couldn't hear the people at the back of my room via the limited Surface Pro microphone. But this product greatly increased my ability to center the microphone in the middle of the room and has allowed a major improvement for all. It easily picks up all the voices in the room.

More than impressed

I frequently have conference calls in my job as virtual assistant and I have been looking for a good microphone for a while. I have used several different ones but haven't noticed much difference in sound quality. This microphone was super easy to use - basically plug and play. I have used it several different times on conference calls and gotten more than one comment on how the quality of sound had improved in the last several weeks. I'm excited to use this microphone as I do instructional videos at home to see just how improved the sound quality is.

Value for money

Bought this to use as a speakerphone during Skype meetings for work. Works well, very happy with it. First-time use is extremely simple, just plug its cable into a PC's USB port, its driver auto-installs. LEDS on the M0 show when the phone is active (blue) or muted (red). Easy keys on the phone for volume control and muting. Phone gets its power from the USB cable, so no batteries to worry about. Has worked reliably during all of my Skype calls, and the Skype software on the PC recognizes it without problems. Audio quality is decent. Using a laptop with Windows 7 Enterprise and Skype for business 2016. The phone uses 'full speed' signaling of USB 2.0 (12 Mbps) to communicate with the PC, for anyone curious.
