Works as intended.

Needed help with a couple of drafty doors. Tried another product and the adhesives failed to stick for more than a couple days. This stuff seems to be made of higher quality material and I could tell the adhesive was already much better than the last one I tried. Been about a week and everything appears to be holding up so far. Worked excellent in sealing out the previous draft I had before.

Adhesive is better than similar products I have used.

After installing this to seal out a gap in the bottom of a door, I waited about a month before reviewing it so I would know how it held up. The weather has turned to bitter cold and I'm surprised at how well the adhesive is holding up, especially since I used this product in a way it's nor really meant to be used. Even with a threshold seal in an aluminum seal, the door on my old house still had a gap - even with the seal raised as far as it could go. I put a double strip of this seal on the aluminum threshold so that it would butt up against the bottom of the door (outside) when the door was closed. I didn't expect it to hold up but it did. The door and frame really needs to be replaced but this is working fine so far until I replace the door. Another thing I like about this product is that each roll comes in a robust Zip-Loc bag and each of those bags goes into a large heavy Zip-Loc bag. That's a very good idea because it will prevent or slow down the drying out of the adhesive. In fact, I have a similiar product in my shop and when I inspected it, the adhesive was so dry that it was falling off the seal material. Good product! Also, the double rolls are a far better value that the single rolls, not to mention the short single rolls. The price difference per foot is enormous. So much so that I don't know why anyone would order a short, single roll.

Great for 3D printed Respirator Masks!

Instead using this product as weather stripping, I am using it as gaskets for 3D printee respirator-style masks. While the masks themselves need some tweaking to get a good fit? These gaskets make a great seal on a properly fitting mask. I've made dozens, and still have half the supply of gasket on hand! The adhesive is great for testing the fit, and arranging. Superglue is necessary for permanently attaching the gasket. Additional Amazon-only materials: the only clear, caulk-gun style, food safe "RTV silicone" on amazon has lasted similarly well. Just a thin bead to make sure my gasket is SEALED on to the mask. Water-based, outdoor, spray Varathane spar urethane seems to only be available on Amazon in my area. And wow, this is the good stuff. Dries quick, non-yellowing, seals the pores and micro-holes of 3d printed plastic. UV safe (essential for GOOD sterilization) Unfortunately, Im lucky if one can lasts a dozen masks.

Does the job!

Had a small gap at the top of my front door and in the bottom corner as well, which allowed for a millipede invasion in the summer and a cold draft to get in during the winter! This installed quickly and easily and stopped both of those problems. The dark brown color matches the door and you don’t even notice it’s there. I was worried the door wouldn’t close after I installed it, but even though it’s kind of snug, it closes just fine! Now I’m saving on my heating bill and not having to worry about creepy bugs sneaking in.

HUGE value in a small price

Great adhesion and very forgiving; if you make a small mistake while applying, you can easily pull it back off for readjustment. Does not lose any sticky power. Created a really nice, cushioned spring to both of my entry doors and decimated the gaps at the bottom of my window. I had to double stack the strip for one window to fill about a .75 inch gap, and it adheres perfectly to itself. Not cheap materials. I did two full doors and 3 windows on one roll. I didn’t even open up the other pack, but I’m sure I will find use for it in my wood shop!

Noise Cancelling

I was using this to block out noise from the outside hallway and it worked. Not only does it block out noise but also any unpleasant smells. That was a bonus! I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Great product!

Our front door and security door has a large gap and deteriorating weather stripping. Weve looked around all the home improvement stores and couldnt find what we needed. This works perfectly! Easy to install, fantastic price,the adhesive is strong. I ended up using both rolls around one door as I'm pretty sure whoever installed our screen door did it cheaply and incorrectly so there was a good 2 inch gap between the frame and the door, this solved that easily!

Good Product and Value

Very good product. I purchased it for a project that required a wider strip and this was perfect. It can also be cut in half for applications requiring a narrow strip.

Great product! Great adhesive! Easy to install

This is a great product! Adhesive is strong. Easy to install, with optional single or double to fit a width size you need. I used it to fill in all the gaps of my security screen doors to the door frames. It worked perfect. I installed it myself with no trouble. Cuts easily with scissors. I had enough product needed, with the generous amount of one order. I recommend this product and would purchase again.

Came as a kit, with extras.

Not only is this great foam, but it came in a resealable plastic bag with tips, extra sheets/strips of thin insulation, had the ends secured so it wouldn't unravel and the adhesive actually stays stuck to the foam instead of peeling off. If it can also withstand the freezing outdoors then it's about as good insulation as you can get!
