This is it!!! No matter how big or small your car it, the only car seat you will need!
This car seat is everything I have been looking for and it came out just in time! I wanted an extended rear facing car seat up to 50 pounds, as I’ve read that rear facing as long as possible is best for little ones’ spines (in Sweden I think their kids rear face until 4!). I also wanted the seat to be convertible to a front facing and booster seat as well so i wouldn’t have to create lots of waste with multiple car seats over the years. And of course I wanted it to be safe. I did tons of research on the web and consumer reports and narrowed it down to the Chicco nextfit max (though this doesn’t have the booster option), this car seat, and the graco extend2fit. The graco extend2fit would have been my choice if this car seat had not come out. But this car seat wins for several reasons over the graco. The ease of install is incredible. I don’t have to worry about messing with the latch, and I only have to close the click tight panel under the seat once I put the seatbelt across. This is also so padded and comfortable, my mom sat in it and was impressed how nice it was! The final factor was how well it fits in my 2013 Prius C. I was worried when researching that I’d have a hard time finding a seat that fit, especially an extended rear facing seat. This fits the bill perfectly as there is still room in the front seat for a passenger (though not a particularly long legged one, but still, I was expecting not to have room for a front seat passenger!). TL;DR stop searching and get this car seat today if it is in your budget!!! Although this is on the pricier side, the safety of my child is totally worth it to me. When I consider that the seat will last 10 years, and that I spend more on eating out some months than I did on this car seat, it puts things in perspective and is well worth the investment. Please give this review a thumbs up if it was helpful :)

Better than I expected. And way better than Graco
I almost didn't buy this product based on a review (or two?) stating that it was not a comfortable carseat, luckily I couldnt disagree more. I am replacing a Graco 4ever all in one seat with this and compared the two, this one is far superior in many ways including padding/comfort. I actually sat in both of them myself to make sure there was not a hard bar or whatever was mentioned and I found this Britax to be very comfortable, even more so than the Graco. Not sure what that other reviewer was referring to. My #1 reason for replacing the Graco was that my son's head would tilt forward into a very uncomfortable position every time he slept, even in the most reclined position (he is 16 months and rear facing). I was hoping this seat would be better and, wow, I am not disappointed. It reclines far more than the Graco and he has not once had his head fall forward in this thing. I actually have it set on the second setting in this photo and he is still not upright enough for his head to tilt forward when he sleeps. My other hesitation with this seat was that it does not have an anti-roll bar, and while I admittedly am no accident expert, I cannot see a way this seat could conceivably flip forward when it is installed correctly. It is such a tight installation that I cannot get it to even begin to budge forward wheres other carseats I've used I can see how that could be an issue. I don't feel worried without an anti-roll bar on this one bit. Finally, the design is beautiful and every piece of this carseat feels upscale. Even the straps are somewhat patterned I guess you could say as opposed to the basic straps you find in every other carseat. Highly impressive and worth every penny. Besides it's a Britax which is as safe as you can get and has CUP HOLDERS now too!!!! Just get it.

The best All In One seat ever!!!
This car seat is amazing! When I seen the Britax was to release an all in one in the fall I could not wait to get my hands on one! I’ve always wanted to try a Britax but veered away due to the fact that most of their seats are hand-wash only. So when they released this seat with their SafeWash material I was so excited. The ClickTight feature is just amazing! I can get the car seat installed in under two minutes and that’s with adjusting to the correct angle. I wish they would have came out with this seat two years ago. The hours I’ve spent trying to install and uninstall a car seat over the last two years is just ridiculous. Again, I cannot stress how easy it was to get a secure installation in just seconds! The only “issue” that I’ve had thus far is that the harness is really hard to tighten. Our previous all in one seat was really hard to tighten in the beginning but over time it became easier so I’m hoping that’s the same scenario here. Overall I 100% recommend this seat especially if you are going to be taking it out of your car often. It’s a breeze!

Update #2 BEST SEAT EVER! UPDATE! We love this seat! Original; Random screw in reclining mechanism
UPDATE #2 This seat is amazing! Our little fella is now 16 months and 28+ pounds. He rides well in this seat with no complaints of being uncomfortable. He isn’t sweaty when we take him out of the seat. He did get sick one day while I was driving with him alone (super scary!). The seat was easy to clean and looks AND SMELLS amazing even after a huge mess! I really like the fact that it is easy to install. When he is super tired I am able to adjust in the recline (while staying within the guidelines) to something a little more comfortable for snoozing. Love this seat! Worth every penny! Just wish it came with the anti rebound bar... Seems crazy to spend another $55 - especially during a pandemic when we don’t travel often or far. Bottom line - BUY THIS SEAT! UPDATE We have had the replacement seat for a little over three months. Return of the original seat was super easy via Kohl’s. The new seat came on time and in perfect condition. Our chunk lives this seat! He is super comfortable. It is amazingly easy to install via the lower anchors. Our little one was always sweaty in the infant seat but that hasn’t been a problem in this one. He can see out well so he is happy - maybe he doesn’t feel trapped? Getting him in and out of the seat is easy since the straps stay off to the sides well and the center buckle stays forward so I’m not fumbling for it and struggling with a mobile baby at the same time. If we had the extra funds I would purchase a second one for our Subaru! Moving this seat around is rather cumbersome as it is heavy and awkward for me to move (I’m 5’1” and 110 pounds). The thought of carrying it inside the house makes me cringe but it is a stationary seat so that isn’t a problem. It feels sturdy. When I put him in the seat I know he is safe. I love the padding at the head and couldn’t ask for more from a seat! Other than the straps pull uneven if you yank them from one side I haven’t had any trouble with this seat. Easy fix - pull both straps as it is a Y type system. It’s easy to fix by pulling the shorter strap to adjust until even. Overall - we love this seat! TOTALLY worth the investment! **Amazon delivered this seat on time and undamaged from shipment. We ordered this seat for our nearly 22lb 6 month old as (we gave out Chicco KeyFit to our daughter) our son was uncomfortable in his infant seat on rides lasting longer than 15 minutes. He is just too wide to be comfortable in the Chicco KeyFit. **We loved the KeyFit and would have kept him in it until he reached the maximum height and weight if he wasn’t a short stocky little chunk! I was so excited for this seat to arrive and have a comfortable seat for a little guy. Thank goodness I noticed this screw before installing this seat in my car!! I have no idea if a screw is missing from the inside components of the seat or if an extra one somehow managed to get trapped during manufacturing... I have Amazon sending a replacement that will arrive Monday (this seat came Saturday evening - it now 8am Sunday morning). I am now trapped at home until the new seat arrives. Amazon said they couldn’t get a replacement to me today. I will update once we get the replacement. After all of this I hope the seat lives up to the hype.

Incredible!
Amazing! Very glad that I held off on replacing my Safety 1st car seat until this one was released. Installation is very easy, recline is easy to adjust, harness easy to operate. My main reason for getting a new car seat is because my daughter gets car sick and pukes almost every single time she’s in the car. My other car seat was fine but I was looking for something much easier to clean and a double bonus if I could clean up the mess without uninstalling. With the ClickTight seat and the bottom pad being separate from the rest of the cover I am able to remove that part of the seatcover by itself. I’m also able to get any of the puke that may trickle down the sides and back. As always Britax seats are super sturdy and safe. If I had any complaint it would be that this seat is so heavy that I had to really heft it to get it up into my car. Which makes me especially glad that I can clean up her seat without removing that heavy monster from the car. Not a seat I would want to move back and forth between vehicles on the regular.

A very safe, sturdy, and comfortable car seat.
I just purchased the BRITAX One4Life Click Tight All-in-One car seat for my granddaughter who turned 1. This is the newer product from Britax and I wish it would have been out last year. I had purchased the Britax infant seat for her and now she had outgrown it. The One4Life is a very sturdy car seat that has all of the safety features that Britax stands by. The seat itself is quite heavy, almost 40 # and it took my son and daughter-in-law together to get it seated in the car. This is not a seat for you if you cannot devote a large section of your backseat as it takes up a little over one seat area. This carseat was easy to install since they had the infant version which installed the same. The option of tilting the seat back at different levels for my granddaughter is really nice, but I will agree with others and say that you have to set the tilt before installing in your vehicle. I know that this seat is a little pricey, BUT it is well worth it since this will take her all the way through the booster stage. The padding is thick and my granddaughter is very comfortable. The cup holders are a nice addition since she is just starting to get to the stage where they will be used. I chose the black color as I was thinking ahead to when she gets bigger in the booster seat stage and knowing that it will blend into the car more for her to feel like a big girl. The straps were easy to adjust and she has plenty of room to grow. The seat is roomy enough for her even in her snow pants and winter coat witch is a real plus. We have not had the need to wash the cover yet so I cannot comment on that. I am very happy with this purchase.

Well-thought our features and excellent quality
I really love Britax Clicktight seats. We’ve owned a few of them, and they are excellent quality and have superb safety features. They are also made right here in the good ol US of A. The new SafeWash fabrics are naturally flame retardant free (so no added chemicals) and are super fluffy for max comfort. The seat has mesh on the sides for extra ventilation to keep kids cool, which is appreciated in Houston. 🥵 The cover can also be tossed in the washer AND dried in the drier! Another feature I liked was that the seat portion of the cover and the head/back portion are separate so you don’t have to wash the whole thing if only one portion is dirty. The cup holders are also removable and dishwasher safe (winner!). Finally, the seat has an optional anti-rebound bar, which installs at the foot of the car seat and braces it against the seat so it doesn’t go wiggling about in a crash (so it decreases the risk of head/neck trauma). This was a HUGE benefit for me! As a bonus, the anti-rebound bar is covered in fabric so it will keep little shoes off the back of your seat. The seat itself has a pretty small footprint when installed on the most upright setting. There are built in levels on both sides of the seat to show you if the install angle is correct. The manual is easy to read and beautifully color coded to the seat - which I appreciate. The install is really easy, and is meant to be done with the seatbelt so you don’t have to remember to switch from the latch connectors when your baby gets to a certain weight (30 lbs for this seat, by the way). One final thing to mention is that Britax allows the use of their brand accessories with their seats. This is sort of handy because it allows you to put a seat protector mat under the car seat, add a seat back protector so little feet don’t get your vehicle seat dirty, or add a waterproof piddle mat to the bottom of the car seat to protect it from independent semi-potty-trained toddlers and their accidents.

Excellent seat. Beats the Extend2Fit hands down.
Greatest car seat ever. I got this after getting into a very bad accident with my other Britax. Fortunatly my daughter wasnt in the car with me. The insurance company replaces the seats, so I got this model instead. The best part about this seat is that the pull strap to tighten the chest straps is angled so that you are pulling UP. GENIUS. Not sure why no other car seat companies could figure out that it can be quite difficult to pull a strap out when it is smashed against a seat because a properly positioned rear facing carseat should be securely strapped in tight enough that you shouldn't be able to move it. On many car seats, the strap comes out right against where it is against the seat. Securing my daughter in is so easy is such a relief. Also, no more threading straps through the back is awesome! Simply squeeze the handle in the back and raise it! This car seat is like a Lazy Boy for babies. It is snug, but firm. My daughter is secured, but the cushions on the straps keep her from feeling uncomfortable. It can recline quite far back according to your childs age/weight recommendations, or personal needs. It is pricey, yes. But having had some other top models including the Extend2Fit, I choose this hands down. The Extend2Fit was impossible to tighten easily, and it was always uneven on both sides. I highly recommend this seat.

Awesome Car Seat!
Such a wonderful car seat! We got this for our 8 month old, and I love it! So does baby! I've been wanting a Britax for their steel frame and safe cell tech, and was going to get the Boulevard when I got wind of this one. Not only does it have extended rear facing abilities thanks to its 50 lb limit, it'll also go all the way up to a high back booster, which is great! AND it has cup holders, which none of the other Britax seats have! This seat is roomy, cushy, and sturdy. And with the clicktight function, it really does make installation super easy. I have two complaints: the cover seems to be just a tad too small for the headrest, a tiny bit of the styrofoam is exposed (like an inch or so on each side), and the advertisement for this seat also advertised an anti-rebound bar (something pretty common to those with other Britax infant/convertible seats), but you can't, currently, get this anti-rebound bar. Neither of these things, I feel, personally, take away from greatness of this car seat, so I still give it 5 stars. And I'll just be sure to grab the anti-rebound bar once it becomes available.

The holy grail of car seats
When I first pulled this car seat out of the box, I was shocked at how heavy it was. It’s not the kind of car seat you remove from the base to carry an infant, and I think that’s the only negative thing, but easy to shrug off when you have a car seat as amazing as this one. For one, your child can use it from the day they leave the hospital alllllll the way up to their booster days. Which is AMAZING to me, and makes it WELL worth the money. Secondly, it is possibly the easiest install in a car seat. Idk why I started with any other car seat prior to this one, but I regret ever buying anything else because the clicktight mechanism on the Britax makes their car seats far superior than any other brand imo. You literally open up the clicktight compartment, run the seatbelt through, and once it “clicks” shut, the car seat is installed and does not budge. I’m also really amazed at the harness adjuster and how incredibly easy it is. Long gone are the days of having to remove the straps from the car seat and thread them back through in the appropriate slots. This beast has a button at the top of the headrest you push and then pull it upwards, and it raises the straps for you. I may sound ridiculous to those that are already familiar with these luxuries, but hey... we started out using a very “low priced” evenflo infant car seat (and HATED it btw), and this upgrade is magical to me. The padding and comfort is on luxury level. I’d sit in this car seat, okay. The cooling fabric is amazing for the Texas heat. I could go on and on. This is THE car seat, y’all. Gonna buy another for our next baby too. ;)
