Budgetary and high quality webcam

I bought this because I have to do video conferencing and I’m not satisfied with the built-in camera on my laptop. This webcam has all the function that a Logitech one has(out of stock everywhere or very pricy now), and it’s affordable. I’ve used it for a week or so and it’s been great. The camera is 360 degree rotatable and easy to mount on my PC like you can see in my picture. I’m particularly satisfied with the imaging quality. I attached two snapshots in the same lighting condition with the Nexigo cam and my built-in cam just for comparison. Well, this cam is so much better!

Solid Quality with User-Friendly Design

The webcam comes with a privacy protection cover, which is very user-friendly (pic. 1). However, the instruction about how to apply the cover is not so detailed (pic. 2). My experience is you have to remove the clear cover on the camera first (pic. 3), then apply the privacy cover. Well, here is the tricky part. If you apply like pic. 4 (slide to right to open), you will block the mic. You have to apply like pic. 5, and make sure the cover center line is a little bit higher than the mic position in order to have the camera in the center of the cover frame. Besides that, both the video and audio quality are solid 5 stars.

If you're like me, you're on a lot of video calls or meetings all day. I use two monitors, so although my laptop has an integrated webcam, I wanted to be able to have my camera above the larger monitor I am looking at during calls/meetings. I was getting a lot of complaints about the sound quality on the integrated mic on the laptop. With the Victure webcam I first purchased people always said they couldn't hear me AND that the wide angle picked up more of my room than me. This camera so far is really perfect. The sound quality is good and the video quality is better than the Victure (granted, the NexiGo was $20 more but I got it on sale so it turned out to only be $10 difference). No more complaints! All in all, I'm much happier with the NexiGo. Worth the extra $$$.

Great picture and audio quality

My son does videos on YouTube and we were looking for a camera. This camera is by far the best. We have tried different providers and the quality of the image is not even close. My son was able to set it up by himself without any help. Great picture and audio quality

Excellent Camera, Easy Install!

After purchasing and returning a different webcam, this Nexigo was easy to install and automatically worked with Zoom, etc. I definitely recommend it, if you are looking for decent HD camera for your working/schooling from home needs!

Worth the price

Surprisingly good camera for the price. Far better than my laptop's built-in camera. No problems with the set-up and have not encountered any of the problems that some other buyers ran into except for the microphone. The microphone makes crystal clear recordings, but its audio capture is a little weak. This may force the listener to increase the volume on the speakers which, in turn, may introduce some distortion. On the other hand, the microphones on most webcams are a little weak until you get up into a price range 3 or 4 times what this costs. If I can't adjust, I'll just hook up a separate microphone. All in all, I am very happy.

Great camera for my home office

This camera has great picture quality for my meetings. I was using the camera on my laptop and got this for better connection to my team. I’d purchase again

Great Camera for PC Use

My wife needed a configuration upgrade in her office to eliminate the need to use the camera on her laptop. What she wanted was an external camera that could mount to her dual screen desk setup at home for work. And I suggested we get her a USB 1080P camera, which would be a good upgrade from the native 720P camera in her laptop. I looked at a lot of camera choices and was surprised to find name brands like Microsoft and Logitech either sold out or selling at 2x to 3x premium prices. So.. down the brand food chain I went with my shopping. I settled on this particular camera for theses key features: 65degree viewing angle, which is perfect for single desk internet conferencing, autofocus which is better than manual for fixed focal length, autobrightness adjust because lighting conditions can and do vary in my wifes office, and a positive indicator when the camera is on, which this camera does nicely with the wrap around blue halo led . This camera met all my requirements, and it was painless and easy to plug in an get up and running. There are cheaper cameras to be had... but this one really hits the mark in my opinion with respect to features vs price. There a some features my wife will not use (microphone is an example since she uses headphones).. but that is fine.. because this camera could be repurposed later for just about any need we may have for a PC camera.
