I bought 65cm silver. I'm 5'4" overweight (by a lot) and over 50 (by a lot ;o). I used a ball for exercise back in my 30s and 40s. I bought one now to get some much needed stability and strength improvement. It is very easy to inflate (unpacked and left at room temp for a day, inflated to 80% and left it for a day, then full inflation and left it for another day), especially with a helper to get the plug in quickly, although I have done it by myself before. The exercise chart is very helpful showing what muscle groups will be affected and clear instructional drawings. The exercises are broken down into 8 for upper body, 12 for abs and core, and 8 for lower body. These are mostly strength/stability building, so the only request I'd have is for another set that shows stretching and warm-up. I just bought it, so don't have much experience with it. It looks very durable. It has little or no smell like other balls I've purchased. I used it as my desk chair this morning and did the plank exercise. I'm looking forward to using it more!

Extremely sturdy ball and good for fitness training.

This ball is extremely good it helps with fitness training and balancing exercises. It is very sturdy and can be inflated to various diameters according to your height. For example, if you are 5 ft 8 inches you would need a diameter of 65 cm and if you are 6 ft 2 inches or higher then you would need a diameter of about 75 cm. It was also very easy to inflate and deflate if needed. The ball comes with a pump which makes it easy to inflate to fit your needs and comes with a poster full of exercises for which you can use the ball for and which you can stick to your wall. I would highly recommend this product if people would like intense fitness workouts.

Works for kids too!

I thought when I received the ball that it might be too large for my 9 year old son. My intent was to keep him comfortable during distance learning online at elementary school. But, thankfully, it's been working perfect. We didn't pump it up all the way to the full extent and this works perfectly for him at his study table. Awesome price for a Solid product!

An Awesome product for a super price the ball is very solid and very good durability. It really helps with core workouts like planks on the ball or Abdomen tucks. It has an awesome grip you won't feel like slipping at all. It comes with all the things required to assemble I mean to flow air and air stopper etc., Last but not the least it will come with a list of workouts chart which you can refer to and try doing every day.

Great stability ball

Highly recommend. We originally got the 55cm ball for my son to use while he is in virtual learning this week, he said he needed something other than a chair, and a stability ball helps him work on his core, not slouch in his seat, and get some energy out. It was a little small for him (he is 5 feet 4 inches) . We ordered this ball at the 65cm size and it is perfect and the right height for him at his desk. I'm 5'11" and I used it is well and will be getting one also as I am working from home right now. Inflation did take a while with the foot pump, but compared to the hand pump of others I didn't get as tired as quickly.

Exercise Ball to help reduce back pain caused by bulging disc.

This exercise ball is really well made and is very durable! It comes with an exercise poster which is extremely helpful. I use it for stretching exercises for my lower back to help alleviate pain related to bulging disc in L1-L4. I also started a new routine for my upper back and neck where I have disc compression caused by an auto accident. So far I am thrilled and feel so good! This product is excellent!

High-Quality Exercise Ball

I have a couple of exercise balls and this one was easier to pump up and seems the sturdier of the two. The foot pump did seem to take a beating when I used it, but it worked. The ball comes with extra plugs and an exercise guide that is helpful. The guide comes on sturdy paper, so that is also good too.

I was looking around for new exercise equipment and came across the SpoxFit Exercise Ball (65cm in Diameter). It comes with instructions on how to properly assemble the ball and all required equipment that will be needed. This was awesome as most products are usually missing something. The ball is very durable as I'm 5'9 inches and 260 lbs; no issues performing provided exercise sheet. Ball is about 2ft tall and feels like very good material that won't easily burst. Overall, I think very good price for what you are getting: - Equipment included - Durable Ball w/ factory warranty - Easily assemble

So far, so good

Took about 20 mins to pump the ball up with the provided pump that came with it. I was able to take out the plug and put more air in, easily. But its pretty good, I use it at my desk while in meetings and in class. Able to squeeze in small workouts in between video calls. Good quality, pretty durable.

Love it

I’m in my third trimester and bought this ball to use to help with moving the baby down. It comes with the foot thing to inflate it. You need to let the ball sit for a day after inflating it some so it can stretch. But so far I love it. My cats haven’t popped it so that a plus also. It even comes with a poster if you want it for just regular exercising.
