GOTTA HAVE THIS ONE!

It's hard to believe a hair dryer could make a big difference but this one absolutely DOES. I'm sooo thrilled with it! My kinky/curly fine/thin hair has dried much faster than usual (even though it's the same wattage as my previous dryer) and so smooth, soft, shiny and healthy looking (getting that without a flat iron also means that it gets to stay fluffier looking instead of flat and stringy). -- I found it cheaper at Walmart, but it says it's a LIMITED EDITION so if you can't get it there, get it here. But GET IT -- it's great! One thing I have to have on my driers is separate controls for the heat and for the air - this does - and it has the cool shot button as well. The really nice thing if you use the end attachment that condenses the direction of the air flow, is that this dryer has a round end (not oval) so you can turn the attachment when you need to instead of holding your arm/wrist in awkward positions to blow at a certain angle. Magic Brush

I was persuaded to buy this brush by the reviews from white mothers of mixed race children. I care for my two and four year old mixed race granddaughters, and I am not very good at combing their hair. When this brush arrived, I told them it was a “magic brush” that wouldn’t hurt, to persuade them to let me comb their hair without a bribe. The effect was amazing. The four your old insisted that she and her sister both get “big hair,” and danced around the room singing, “Oh yeah! We look like movie stars!“ No tears at all from the older girl, and only a small complaint from the younger one, who has tighter curls. The next day, they asked their mom to use the magic brush, too. So it’s a success. It doesn’t fix every hair-combing problem — they are still little girls — but it virtually eliminates one of the toughest.

My fave

Bought this because my yellow hair dryer seemed to be the 3-4 year old version of this one. That one started making a weird noise, so I figured it was time for a new one. I’m very impressed how long the old version lasted. This one is just as great but the blow speed is even better and it doesn’t ever take a few seconds to cool down during use which the old one did. Love how quickly it dries my thick curly hair into a shiny sleek look.

Amazing for the price!

Wow. Genuinely surprised at how well this blow dryer works. I was able to use a coupon and get it for around $9 so I wasn't expecting much in terms of it being high quality. But after using it a few times on my thick, coarse, wavy/curly hair I am very pleased with this purchase. I use it on medium heat and it dries my hair quickly. Can't ask for much more for the price.

The BEST diffuser for a curly girl!

I usually don't write reviews, but this is the absolute best product I have bought on Amazon. If you have wavy or curly hair, you need this hair dryer! I have 2b-3a waves and curls, and so I wanted to get a diffuser because my low porosity hair takes FOREVER to dry. I spent hours researching what the best hair dryer was, and what diffuser attachment I should buy. I was pretty skeptical when buying this product because you receive the hair dryer AND two attachments for under $20. There are two speeds and three levels of heat, and the "cool shot" option. This hair dryer has cut down my drying time drastically, and my curls are much more defined and shiny, (when I use the right hair gels/mousses). The only problem I encountered with this dryer was that the diffuser was a little difficult to secure on, but it hasn't budged at all since I got it. Other diffusers left my hair frizzy and damaged, but the air flow on this one is incredible. I have used this dryer multiple times and it shows no sign of wear, and it continues to work amazing! This is a MAJOR GAME CHANGER if you want to wear your hair curly!!!

Quiet, very good airflow and temperature regulation

I bought this hair dryer in August 2018 because my previous one stopped working. I like the medium size and the airflow and heat options. I have fine but very full hair. With the high air flow setting my hair dries quicklyhighest of the. The three heat settings and separate cold air button allow for plenty variation for every hair type. The temperature on the highest setting is comfortably warm but not hot like with other hair dryers. Also even on the high airflow setting this unit is not too loud and it does not have the annoying high pitch sound that a lot of other hair dryers have.

Great Settings!

I don't use a hair dryer often because my hair gets frizzy and huge if I do but this one has changed the game for me! The temperature and speed settings really help me get the right temperature to not damage my hair. The diffuser is a great addition, helps me dry my hair in minutes! The color is also very nice and makes it easy to find in the cabinet.

SUPER SCIENTIFIC DEVICE!

Hi there. Always nice to report another Amazon winner after many recent returns for devices not-as-advertised and some having failed within days and even hours after use. Initially I thought, here we go again with another dryer that super-performs at all high-settings but flops when reducing the air-flow which also reduces the temperature on high-heat setting. Parallel to the 1st. law of Thermodynamics, blow-by heat should become more concentrated & thus intense with lower / laminar flow. On all high-settings, this unit dried, relaxed, silkened & firm-set my leave-in conditioner dampened hair quicker than I could brush through all of it while wet. Also, it produced a bit more heat with low flow than the one I returned. Therefore, I decided to retain & try it on all settings as I did with the previous unit. AMAZINGLY & unlike the dryer I returned, it very-quickly imparts - relaxation, silkiness & varying degrees of set via flow selected even-though the air-flow seems to be lukewarm @ best on lower settings... EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE!

Surpasses Expectations!

When our old hair dryer was showing signs of old age, we decided to buy a replacement before it died completely. We looked for one that was a bargain, but good quality. This definitely surpassed our expectations. Not only did it dry our hair quickly, but it was quieter than our previous unit, has more settings, and the filter can be cleaned. But this is what truly impressed us: our hair is SMOOTHER and SHINIER after using this dryer! We highly recommend it!

Nice inexpensive blow-dryer

Works great for such an inexpensive blow dryer. I only use it with the diffuser attachment, and I don't use the heat often (I use the "cool" setting--trying not to damage my hair), but it does get nice and hot if that's what you're looking for. The one note I have is that getting the attachment locked in was a little hard, and I was afraid I was going to break something with how much pressure I needed to put on there to get it to click in, but everything ended up okay. I haven't tried to remove the diffuser attachment to use the other attachment. Don't know if switching out gets easier the more you do it but don't really care since I only use it to diffuse anyway. I hadn't tried diffusing before so I have no idea how this compares to a more expensive diffuse-dryer, but I wanted to try it out without dropping a ton of money on a high-end diffuser that I wasn't sure I would like. Got exactly what I wanted. Happy with my purchase.
