I love that it came with the blow up base to store it on! It was easy to assemble and use. It’s Really great quality and worth the price!

I am so happy we chose the SpoxFit exercise ball (65cm)! Everything went as smooth as possible regarding the Amazon order, delivery, installation and now use. Based on our experience with the inflation process, if you just take your time and don't skip the recommended ball stretch filling process you will have zero issues with this ball. When you receive your SpoxFit exercise ball inspect the ball for any rips, tears or punctures which could have happened prior to you opening the package. If all is well, double check that your package also contains: Resistance Bands, Stability Base, 4.5" Foot Pump (with air hose and air nozzles), Air Plugs, Plug Remover, Perimeter Tape Measure, and Workout Poster. One end of the air hose has two nozzles attached to it. Push one of them onto that end of the air hose (I think one of these nozzles fits the ball better and one fits the Stability Base better for inflating; trial and error on which is which). Push the other end of the air hose onto the BLUE Foot Pump nozzle. Take your time, it's a tight fit and could take a few tries to finally get it pushed onto (over) the blue Pump nozzle. Now it's time to inflate the ball 80% to 90% full-size to stretch the ball. I used a tall box and placed it about 21 inches from the wall. Then placed the ball between the wall and the box. I Inflated the ball until the outside edges of ball was just touching both the wall on one side and the box on the other side. Quickly remove Pump nozzle and insert Air Plug about 3/4 the way in the ball hole. (you want to plug the hole so air doesn't leak out, but not "in" all the way as you will need to remove the plug later to inflate the ball to 100% full. NOTE: A 65cm ball is 25.6" diameter fully inflated; 80% = 20.5", 90% = 23.0") Let the Exercise Ball sit (AND DON'T USE) at 80%-90% for 24 hours! Then remove Air Plug and inflate ball to 100% full. (25.6" diameter or use the supplied Tape Measure around ball Perimeter/circumference to "65" line on Tape Measure. (this should be about 80.4" if you have a real cloth measuring tape to measure with). Once the ball is inflated where you want it, insert Air Plug in all the way to prevent air leakage while using. WAIT ANOTHER 24 HOURS BEFORE USING ONCE YOU HAVE INFLATED TO 100%! I used a similar process to inflate the Stability Base, but not sure that is really necessary. Other notes: The supplied Workout Poster has been helpful in the workout routine. During the ball inflation process, it took me about 250 pumps with my foot to reach 80% full and anther 200 foot pumps to go from 80% to 100% full. And, it only took about 5 minutes to get that first 250 pumps with one or two "foot rests" in between. We have used our ball for over a week now and it has not leaked down any.

I decided to try as an office chair to have my back feel better - neither a fancy office chair or a stand-up desk were in my budget, but this was. I inflated it to what seemed full, but only registered 55cm with the included inflation tape. My community question was quickly answered... it may not seem like it could possibly inflate that big, but it does. Sure enough... 65cm! Initially, it seemed only somewhat better than my former chair, but the height was perfect and I could move and stretch my back (the benefit of standing). After a few days, I'm completely sold. I haven't tried the exercises, since I didn't get it for that purpose, but the poster is quite nice and shows the various muscle groups for each exercise. The only improvement I would make is a tiny bit of instruction for inflating. I like the extra plugs included and the little pry tool (tip: the plug doesn't have to get pushed in all the way... let it protrude a little bit so you can more easily remove it to adjust the inflation if needed). I also put the stability ring with the fill valve facing down, to eliminate any poking/rubbing between the plug on the ring and the ball itself. Same for the ball... plug is positioned straight down, no contact with the ring.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. I am only 5’2”, so the size of the ball makes it a little challenging to keep the ball stable. I put some shoes on and had no problem at all (I probably should be wearing them anyway). Anybody taller than me will be fine. The resistance bands are much stronger than using free resistance balls without a base on a standard exercise ball (my old method). Having the base with the resistance bands really allows you to get the right position and to keep good posture. I would recommend this product to others looking for an at home resistance workout. I also plan to use it as a chair (for balance and posture) when I am working at home. The ball feels very sturdy and the 2 year warranty provides even more added confidence. It comes with everything you need to set it up (unlike some products that don’t come with an air pump). The poster is also very helpful and breaks down the moves that can target different muscle areas.

I had knee replacement surgery on October 7, 2019. Anyone who has ever been through this knows that faithfully doing your exercises after surgery is key to getting movement back in your knee. I use this ball to get my leg to bend and to build the strength back in my leg. It is a painful work out, but the benefit is worth the pain. No pain, no gain. Once my knee is working again, I will continue to use this ball to keep that leg and knee strong and flexible. I love the stabilization base and the resistance bands that come with this ball. I can also keep my arms in shape. There is a variety of exercise ideas that come with the ball so you can get a full body workout. This ball does not take up much space in your home which is great for people who live in a smaller home or apartment. The orange color is vibrant, now when I work out I tell myself I am going to the moon to work out! I am so pleased with this exercise ball and I look forward to a strong and flexible knee again.

Recently I had knee revision surgery due to an inability to bend my left knee. Unfortunately, the problem with flexion is happening again. Last week I asked my physical therapist what I could do at home for exercise. He immediately suggested an exercise ball. After consulting with my son who is a Strength and Conditioning Coach I ordered the SpoxFit Exercise Ball Kit. When my husband saw me placing the order he was enthusiastic since there are so many ways that we can utilize this system at home. This is especially true since we are heading into winter. Now throughout the day I can work on knee bends for recuperation and also use the ball for leg strengthening as well as upper body conditioning. It is easy to set up and store. I highly recommend the SpoxFit exercise ball for all ages and conditions.

I wanted a fitness ball for at my desk and to exercise on. This works perfectly. I am 5'8' and needed something that would be large enough so my legs aren't cramped. I took a pic of the new silver ball next to my old blue one. My old one is way too squishy and I am always worried it would pop when I bounce on it. I feel so much safe sitting and bouncing on my new silver ball. I have sciatic pain so I chose this ball so I wouldn't have to take pain meds. I have sat on it for a bit for the last 3 days and have not had and sciatic pain. So far so good. *The ring that comes with it is great for at my desk so my ball doesn't roll away every time I get up. *The exercise straps are easily removable so you can put the on or take them off as needed. *I inflated my silver ball to 65 cm within minutes using the foot pump that was included in the set. *It includes a 2 year warranty - super nice. *It also came with a card to get a free blue exercise ball for filling our a review. I would have done it for free but it will make a nice gift for one of my kid. I think this is a great purchase and a great value for the money. I had purchase the fitness ball and swivel chair set for $120 and the quality was so bad I sent it back. So great to have found this for only $30. I just love a good deal.

Great quality, perfect for a total body workout at home! The base holds the ball more stable than I thought it would and the resistance bands connect to the base with metal clips do they aren't going to come apart. I've seen like products for quite a bit more money PLUS this comes with a 2 year warranty. Very happy with this purchase, definitely recommend!!

I have to say this ball is wonderful for me! I have 2 forms of arthritis, 2 autoimmune diseases, bones spurs in several joints with severe nerve damage, and connective tissue disease. I absolutely love using this exercise ball. It came very well packaged and easy to assemble, once inflated, with the ring and stretch bands. It inflated easily and had extra plugs and even a plug remover. The poster with suggestions for excercises is quite large, easy to follow, and high quality paper so it should last once hung on the wall. I am able to safely do all of the suggested exercises even though I am disabled. Once inflated and in use I could really tell that it was made of high quality materials. The look and feel was definitely different from the previous balls I had purchased of a lesser quality material. The color was bright and vivid. I was quite pleased all around with practically every aspect. It is definitely a great value for the quality! I highly recommend!

I am a speech language pathologist who went from working and moving with active kids in 5 buildings a day, to sitting in front of a screen for 6+ hours a day doing teletherapy. The first week in a chair was brutal. My back hurt, my shoulders hurt and I was exhausted. I borrowed my teenage daughter's $5 exercise ball for a few days. I liked it but it was not so supportive. I have had this ball for 3 weeks now and I LOVE IT!! There is a difference in quality between this and the $5 one! It is very supportive and my back never hurts, I don't have sore shoulders from slouching all day. In between my kids, I can do arm exercises to keep my body active throughout the day. The small movements I am making throughout my day prevent fatigue and I'm strengthening my core at the same time! I love the poster of exercises that came with it. I HIGHLY recommend this as a chair, or an exercise tool. When I am done work, my daughter now uses it as part of her exercise routine also. This was just what I needed to make lockdown a little more fun, while keeping me fit!
