Great storage solution for scrapbook matting paper

I purchased these 5*7 photo storage boxes to organize my messy collection of 4.5*6.5 scrapbook matting papers. I wasn't sure if it would work out but we never used the matting papers when they were stacked in a big pile of paper packs, so I figured it was worth a try. OH MY, YES!! What an improvement. We organized the solid colors with this first set and I've already ordered another set so we can do the same with the patterned matting paper. It's so much easier to grab the "blue" box and find what you need as opposed to pulling out 4 or 5 paper pads, looking through each of them for blue, not finding what you need, putting those back, pulling out another stack, trying again. I'm calling this an organized storage success!!

Nice containers for storing craft supplies

These are terrific. I use them to store my children's craft supplies...markers, crayons, stickers, notecards, pencils, erasers. My children (2.5 and 4.5) can easily get out one container and use it without creating a huge mess. They are also able to pick up their mess and put it away easily with these. I had first bought some similar containers at the local craft store, but they had a different plastic latch (one latch in the center) that was very hard for me to open and impossible for my children to open. These have two latches on the outsides of the front, and they are much simpler to open and close. I LOVE that you can see what is in them. These are also handy for road trips or just outings. If I know I am going to need something to keep the kids occupied while running errands or going to a doctor's appointment, I can (for example) grab two crayon containers and two coloring books. Keeps the kids busy and contains the mess. Win, win. I also use these for storing my fine point markers, sharpies, small greeting cards, etc.

Great for Keeping Me Organized

I think these containers are very handy. I like that they are transparent and small enough to see everything in the box. These box are great for organizing the little things I have to keep track. They keep my things safe from spills and helps me remember where things are.

wish I had them earlier

Just got these in - and I'm planning to order a second set. When my mother downsized,among other things I got all of her photos - 50+ years of marriage - most of it in shoeboxes. These are perfect because I can put either two stacks of 3X5 photos or 1 stack of 5X7 photos. My eldest sister and mom also liked those cameras in the 90s that didn't print standard sizes - these worked for most of those as well (not the panoramas) 9 of these fit into a photo storage box. I'm not sure if more photos fit in the same space - but it's definitely more organized because I can sort them my person, event, theme etc. I wish I had these when I was working on my parents 50th anniversary memory book etc. It would have better then baggies.

Worth the purchase to safeguard pictures!

I had 5 milk crates full of loose pictures. I really needed a way to store everything a bit more securely. These boxes worked perfectly. They’ve held up amazingly for 3+ years. Boxes could be used for arts and crafts, jewelry, pins, important small documents (cards, registration, etc.)

Slim height but can still fit dry erase pens

I use for keeping stickers, pens and pencils in. I like the slim height to the box, but can still fit my dry erase pens.

My favorite size

I love this size. Very versatile. I use them in my art room to store various pens, crayons, inks squares, ephemera, etc. etc.. and I travel often, they are very handy to keep things organized and easily accessible. Problem is I can not find this size anymore !! Please Iris bring back the 5×7 !!

On my wishlist to place more orders : )

I needed more organization in my sewing area, which was the intent of ordering these storage boxes. As soon as they arrived, I organized my colored gel pens, rubber stamps, and colored chalk pens instead. My items fit nicely. I have them stacked on a shelf with labeling. They are easy to open and close, and stay closed in transport. I am placing more orders with this vendor, as the storage boxes were packaged well and received timely. I recommend this product and the seller.

Perfect for 5x7 cardstock

I am a huge scrapbooker and had no where to put my 5x7 cardstock that worked for me. I sort them by color and put in my cart. Makes it easy to find and grab if I need to take with me to a retreat. the 4x6 did not work for me as the cardstock is meant to go BEHIND a 4x6 picture. LOVE them!!!

Will buy more!

These photo/craft/anything storage boxes are near perfect! The latch system is a tight close! Nothing falls out of it or gets in the boxes. I have tried other brands, for I am a pandemic crafter. This brand is dependable! So many uses for these boxes!
